Legalize Marijuana Add $113 million in Tax Revenue

The U.S. Census Bureau reports that Denver is one of the fastest growing cities amongst the 50 biggest cities in the United States.  With a population of 682,545 and being the 19th largest city this is an amazing feat.  It is time for Arizona to work on closing our major budget issues by legalizing and capitalizing on marijuana legalization before it is too late.  It is clear now that the majority of Americans are in support of legalizing marijuana which is inevitable.  By getting ahead of the curve there is still room for major growth in our cities.  It is apparent after decades of trying to suppress the usage of marijuana that it is simply not working.  We are exporting violence and profit south of the border due to our demand.  Further marijuana should not be categorized as a schedule 1 drug, like heroin, by the DEA.
